Sesame Lavosh

Dry Ingredients:

165gr Plain Flour

50gr Wholemeal plain flour

30gr Black Sesame Seeds

30gr White Sesame Seeds

5gr Maldon Salt

Add Flavour:

25gr Parmesan – grated

5gr Onion Powder

OR

5gr Fennel (or Chilli or Oregano or just be creative and try different combinations!)

Wet ingredients – Whisk and pour into the dry ingredients:

40gr Olive Oil

10gr Sesame Oil

110gr Water

Mix together. Divide into 4 pieces. Roll out onto a board. Cut with a pizza cutter. Flip onto baking paper covered baking tray. Brush with more olive oil. Sprinkle with Maldon Salt.

Bake at 165 degrees for 15min.
