Mix the following ingredients together…with your hands (go on, you know you want to!):
500gr Pork Mince (Aussie Farmers delivers a delicious 500gr pack)
1tsp ground fennel
1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes (this is the 3 year old version….go to town if you are making them for adults!)
1tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
60grams LSA (original recipe had almond meal…but I was out!)
1 Onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Shape into patties or mini sausages – whatever it is easiest to cook. Cook in a pan (I used a non-stick pan sprayed with coconut oil spray). Not too high heat.
These are really delicious the next day squished in a toasted tortilla with cheese and some chilli sauce!
